The service.
DutyBooker provides duty scheduling and welfare monitoring software, delivered as a hosted service at each organisation's own address.
Your account.
Organisations are responsible for the accounts they create and for keeping credentials confidential.
Acceptable use.
The service must only be used lawfully and for organising genuine volunteer activity.
Your data.
Each organisation's data belongs to that organisation. Export is available on request and deletion is complete on departure.
Availability and support.
We aim for continuous availability and will communicate openly about maintenance and incidents.
Liability.

Changes to these terms.
We will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
