Where is our data held?
On AWS. Each organisation has its own isolated database, encrypted with a key that belongs to that organisation alone. See the security page for the full picture.
Can we export our data?
Yes. A full export of your organisation's data is available on request, and if you leave we can delete your database and encryption key completely.
How does onboarding work?
We provision your organisation, help you import members, and set up your fields, workflows and first rotas with you.
Do you take payment details?
No. DutyBooker never captures card details. Billing is arranged directly with us and handled outside the platform.
