DutyBooker

Legal

Privacy policy.

How DutyBooker collects, uses and protects personal data.

Draft for legal review. This policy has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and is not final.

Who we are.

DutyBooker provides duty scheduling and welfare monitoring software for volunteer organisations.

The data we collect.

Account details for the people who use the platform, the records each organisation chooses to keep in it, and the enquiry details submitted through this website's demo form.

Why we process it.

To provide the service each organisation has asked for, to respond to enquiries, and to keep the platform secure.

Where your data lives.

On AWS infrastructure. Each organisation's data is held in its own isolated database, encrypted with that organisation's own key.

How long we keep it.

Organisation data is kept while the organisation uses the service, and deleted completely when it leaves and asks us to.

Your rights.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, exported or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
